Shipping and Returns


Which countries do you ship to?

Currently we only ship within Australia.


What are your shipping costs?

We use Australia Post for all of our shipping.  If you are not home when your package arrives, Australia Post will provide a collect card so you can pick your parcel up from your local post office, at a time that is convenient to you.

  • Express Post Shipping - Orders under $75  - $9.95
  • Express Post Shipping -  Orders over $75   - FREE

    Orders with be dispatched promptly once payment has been received and processed, usually within 1 to 2 business days.  High demand times, such as Christmas, may require more processing time.

    We reserve the right to charge higher postage for extremely heavy parcels delivered within Australia.  We will contact you immediately should additional postage charge be required.


    Can I pick up my order?

     No, unfortunately this option is not available. 



    What if I change my mind about my purchase?

    We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, for a full refund.  This is subject to meeting the requirements of our refund policy.

    In the event you wish to return an item after 14 days, unfortunately we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.


    What if my item is faulty?

    If the item you received is faulty, please contact us on 0427282357, or email us at, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


    Can I return sale/clearance items?

    Yes, you can return sale/clearance items unless stated otherwise (subject to the Australian Consumer Law).


    How do I return my purchase?

    Please contact us on 0427282357, or email us at to begin your return.  You will need to provide us a receipt, contact details and reason.

    Items should be returned with their original packaging, original product tags along with a copy of the confirmation email that we will send you after your initial contact.

    All returns must be posted back to us in a trackable parcel (compulsory on all returns to safeguard against loss), all charges are to be paid by the customer. The Silver Kitty will reimburse any postage costs on items that are faulty.  If your parcel is not trackable and does not arrive at The Silver Kitty, a refund will not be processed.  

    Returns may also be made in person after initial contact has been made.
